研究目的：

1. 主要目的：使用机器学习算法，结合大数据，探索各类精神疾病基于神经影像特征的生物学亚型； 2. 次要目的：建立全新的精神疾病生物学亚型分类标准；利用相关的神经影像生物标志物预测临床疗效，指导临床疾病治疗。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: to explore the biological subtypes of various mental illnesses based on neuroimaging features using machine learning algorithms combined with big data 2. Secondary purpose: to establish a new classification standard of biological subtypes of mental illness; use relevant neuroimaging biomarkers to predict clinical efficacy and guide clinical disease treatment

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有躁狂或轻躁狂发作；
2. 共病其他精神病性障碍；
3. 酒精及物质滥用史；
4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5. 有MRI扫描禁忌证；
6. 神经系统疾病，脑外伤或其他严重的躯体性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous manic or hypomanic episodes;
2. Co-morbidity and other psychiatric disorders;
3. Alcohol and substance abuse history;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Contraindications to MRI scans;
6. Nervous system disease, brain trauma or other serious somatic diseases.
