研究目的：

研究呼吸冥想对眼部血流灌注和瞳孔对光反射的影响，探索可能改善眼底的 神经活性和血流灌注的方法，为各类眼底疾病患者的治疗和预后的改善提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Mindfulness meditation is considered to have a sympathetic inhibition effect on the whole body, but little research has been done to specify its influence on normal eyes. This study aimed to evaluate the acute effect of mindfulness meditation on normal eyes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者为精神障碍或其他原因无民事行为能力，或未同意者。
2. 在进行呼吸冥想时，不能良好配合者，有困倦入睡或长时间憋气者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental disorder or other reasons without civil capacity;
2. Unable to cooperate and drowsiness falling asleep or holding breath for a long time while mindfulness meditation.
