研究目的：

在非酒精性脂肪肝的减重治疗中，研究内脏脂肪减少程度与患者肝脂改善的关系,同时探讨内脏脂肪含量和肝脂无创指标对非酒精性脂肪肝的减重疗效的评估价值。

Objectives of Study：

From the weight loss treatment of NAFLD, to research the relationship between the reduction degree of visceral fat and the improvement of liver fat in NAFLD patients, and to research the evaluation value of visceral fat content and noninvasive index of liver fat content for the weight loss efficacy of NAFLD .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有饮酒史或饮酒量男性每周超过140g,女性每周超过70g；②无法排除病毒性肝炎、药物性肝病、自身免疫性肝病等可导致脂肪肝的特殊情况；③正使用肝毒性或胰岛素增敏药物；④过去一年内做过减肥手术；⑤过去3个月内使用减肥药物或参加过减肥项目者；⑥妊娠、哺乳期患者；⑦有精神障碍无法配合者，不签知情同意书者；⑧年龄小于18岁或大于65岁患者；⑨有起搏器或金属植入物的存在和幽闭恐惧症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①alcohol consumption and alcohol dose >70 g/wk for women and >140 g/wk for men; ②Without the exception of viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition,and other diseases can lead to fatty liver disease; ③patient receiving hepatotoxicand insulin-sensitizing medication; ④Over the past year had bariatricsurgery; ⑤used weight loss medication or program in the previous 3 months; ⑥Patients with pregnancy and lactation; ⑦patients with mental disorder can't cooperate, don't sign the informed consent; ⑧ age < 18 years or >65 years; ⑨patients with pacemaker or metallic implants and with claustrophobia.
