研究目的：

本研究拟通过前瞻性随机对照临床试验的方法，评估RALP术前、术中以及术后患者肺功能的变化，比较经腹和经腹膜外两种途径的建立气腹和手术方式对患者的影响，为拟行RALP患者肺功能评估以及围术期麻醉管理等提供临床数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the changes of lung function of patients with RALP before, during and after operation by prospective randomized controlled clinical trial, and to compare the effects of pneumoperitoneum establishment and operation on patients through abdominal and extraperitoneal approaches, so as to provide clinical data support for the evaluation of lung function and perioperative anesthesia management of patients with RALP.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①术中转开放手术；
②术中输血；
③术中、术后出现严重并发症；
④若有病例拟纳入经腹途径组（经腹膜外途径组），最终却接受了经腹外途径组（经腹途径组）的手术方式，将进行FAS分析和PP分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The operation was converted to open operation;
2. Intraoperative blood transfusion;
3. Serious complications occurred during and after operation;
4. If there is a case to be included in the abdominal approach group (extraperitoneal approach group), but finally accepted the operation mode of the extraperitoneal approach group (transabdominal approach group), Fas analysis and PP analysis will be carried out.
