研究目的：

基于国家重大公共卫生专项上消化道癌筛查和早诊早治项目，依托山东省工作现场建立上消化道癌筛查人群队列，构建筛查人群数据库和生物样本库，评估内镜筛查的长期效果和强度，优化上消化道癌内镜筛查策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study relied on the Shandong work-site of the Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Screening Program, a national major public health project. The objective is to establish a multi-center, population-based cohort of upper gatrointestinal cancer screening, to evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic screening on upper gastrointestinal cancer morbidity and mortality, and to optimize the endoscopic screening strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）明确诊断为上消化道癌或其他癌症的患者；
2）患有不能耐受内镜检查的严重疾病；
3）内镜检查禁忌症，如碘过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer or other cancers
2. People with other serious illnesses that cannot tolerate endoscopy examnation;
3. Contraindications for endoscopic screening (e.g. allergy to iodine solution or lidocaine).
