我们通过分析脑出血后不同时间点血清中紧密连接蛋白的含量与脑水肿的关系,证实血中降解的紧密连接蛋白能够反映脑水肿的严重程度,可以作为评价脑水肿的血清指标。  

Objectives of Study:

By analyzing the relationship between the content of tight junction proteins fragments and brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage at different timepoints, we confirme that the degradation of tight junction proteins in the blood can reflect the degree of brain edema, which can be used as a serum indicator for evaluating brain edema.

排除标准:

排除标准:
1. 入院时有严重的肝肾功能不全、严重的消化系统疾病、周围血管栓塞疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、血液系统疾病的患者;
2. 不能依从完成本课题的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with serious liver and kidney dysfunction, serious digestive system disease, peripheral vascular embolism disease, autoimmune disease, tumor and blood system disease;
2. Patients who can not complete the project;
3. Patients with poor compliance.
