研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是生物补片手术治疗方法将高位复杂性肛瘘的瘘管闭合率提高约30％左右。该研究的次要目标为比较两组瘘管闭合率、术后复发率、术后疼痛评分及时间、术后肛门失禁率、术后肛门畸形率、愈合时间及术后患者生活质量评分，从而提高高位复杂性肛瘘患者生活质量并为肛瘘的合理有效治疗和研究提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to increases the closure rate of high complex anorectal fistula about 30% using biological patch surgery. The secondary aim of this trial was to compare fistula closure rate, postoperative recurrence rate, postoperative pain score, postoperative pain time, postoperative anal incontinence rate, postoperative anal deformity rate and postoperative life quality score. Another aim of this trial was to improve the quality of life of high complex anorectal fistula patients and to provide scientific basis for the reasonable and effective treatment and research.

脱细胞异体真皮基质

Accellular Dermal Matrix 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并有恶性肿瘤、肠结核，克罗恩病、糖尿病者；（2）合并心，肺，脑病而不能接受手术者；（3）合并糖尿病者；（4）对本项目产品过敏者；（5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（6）软质探针及X线造影或手术中探查证实存在3个以上异常窦道者；（7）软质探针及X线造影或手术中未能证实有瘘管内口者；（8）自身免疫缺陷病毒抗体阳性者；（9）局部感染明显或伴有脓腔者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with malignant tumor, intestinal tuberculosis, crohn's disease, or diabetes; (2) Patients with cardiac dysfunction, respiratory failure, or brain disease; (3) Diabetes Mellitus; (4) Allergic to the product of this project; (5) Pregnancy or lactation period; (6) There were more than three extra fistula duct which was confirmed by soft probe, X-ray angiography or surgery; (7) There were internal opening which was confirmed by soft probe, X-ray angiography or surgery;（8）Human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (8); (9) Patients with obvious local infection or pus cavity;
