研究目的：

利用现有的放射组学软件及算法，将直肠癌病人的MRI图像，临床检验及病理结果输入系统，通过深度学习多次迭代学习及修正，发现各个因素之间的关联性，从而建立起基于放射组学的直肠癌微卫星不稳定性的自动预测系统。并经过验证组的验证，验证平台的准确性及其临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Using existing set of radiology analysis, algorithm and software technology, we input imaging dataclinically relevant inspection and test results of rectal cancer patients into program. And through training and learning for many times. We established the platform to predict the MSI of rectal cancer patients , and through the set of data validation, we evaluate the accuracy of the prediction platform and the clinical application value.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤发生其他部位转移；
2. 身体其他部位存在原发肿瘤；
3. 术前曾行新辅助治疗；
4. 手术不能完整切除病变；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Metastasis to other parts of the tumor;
2. Primary tumors in other parts of the body;
3. Previous preoperative neoadjuvant therapy;
4. The lesion cannot be completely removed by surgery;

将研究纳入患者的术前MRI图像采用ITK-SNAP软件进行勾画标记，将标记后的图像及患者临床检验、检查结果导入放射组学分析软件，采用放射组学分析方法，对相关指标的相关性进行分析，发现其相关性，从而构建直肠癌微卫星不稳定预测平台，并通过验证组的验证，评估其准确性及临床应用价值。

We sketch the preoperative MRI images of rectal cancer patients using ITK - SNAP software, and input the markers and the clinical test results into the radiology analysis software to analyze the correlation of related indicators, and find its relevance to build colorectal cancer microsatellite instability predictio
