排除标准：

所有患者进行融合基因检测，PML-RARα, CBFβMYH11，AML1-ETO融合基因检测阳性患者排除

Exclusion criteria：

those who are identified as PML-RARα positive, CBFβMYH11 positive or AML1-ETO positive
