研究目的：

1 通过随机对照试验“拖线疗法”治疗复杂性肛瘘临床有效性和安全性。观察治愈时间、治愈率及肛瘘患者生存质量的影响。 2 优化手术方案，进一步推广使用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clinical efficacy and safety of "tow-line therapy" in the treatment of complex anal fistula in a multicenter randomized controlled trial. To observe the effect of cure time, cure rate and quality of life of anal fistula patients. 2. Optimize the surgical plan and further promote its use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A. 原有肛门部手术或外伤史；
B. 原有急慢性腹泻或肛周湿疹等肛周皮肤病者；
C. 伴有消化道感染性疾病、精神病、糖尿病、严重心脑血管疾病、严重过敏、凝血机能障碍、孕妇、直肠阴道瘘以及因特异性感染（如结核、克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等）或因直肠肛管恶性肿瘤溃破而形成的肛瘘。

Exclusion criteria：

A. prior history of anal surgery or trauma;
B. Patients with acute or chronic diarrhea or perianal eczema;
C. Accompanied by infectious diseases of the digestive tract, mental illness, diabetes, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe allergies, coagulation dysfunction, pregnant women, rectovaginal fistula, and anal fistula caused by specific infection (such as tuberculosis, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.) or malignant tumor rupture of the rectoanal canal.
