研究目的：

床旁心脏超声应用于危重症患者心脏功能的术前超声评估，术中超声监测及术后即刻评估。

Objectives of Study：

Bedside echocardiography was used to evaluate the cardiac function of critically ill patients before operation, during operation and immediately after operation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者拒绝；
2. 房颤或者非窦性心律患者；
3. 无法进行剑突下经胸超心动图检查的患者；
4. 体表手术、门诊手术、眼科手术、内镜手术等局麻手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refused.
2. Patients with atrial fibrillation or non-sinus rhythm;
3. Patients who are unable to undergo subxiphoid process transthoracic echocardiography;
4. Local anesthesia surgery such as body surface surgery, outpatient surgery, ophthalmic surgery, endoscopic surgery, etc..
