研究目的：

利用AI程序自动提取影像组学特征的能力将大量已经得到病理确诊术后上切缘阳性贲门癌病人的上腹部增强CT静脉期图像输入我们的智能程序中，通过它的内部深度学习，自动提取影像组学特征，图像记忆产生它自己的判断阈值，从而完成比我们更准确、更快的自动识别贲门癌上切缘阳性系统的建立。并通过对新的数据进行单盲测试，获得准确率评估。最后应用此系统回顾性分析围手术期贲门癌病人的上切缘是否为阳性。

Objectives of Study：

The ability to use the AI program to automatically extract the omics features and input a large number of CT images of the upper abdomen enhanced CT of patients with positive cardia cancer who have been diagnosed with pathologically positive upper resection margins into our intelligent program, and automatically extract it through its internal deep learning With the characteristics of imaging omics and image memory, it generates its own judgment threshold, thereby completing the establishment of a more accurate and faster automatic recognition system for positive edge of cardia cancer. A single-blind test is performed on the new data to obtain an accuracy assessment. Finally, this system was used to retrospectively analyze whether the superior margin of perioperative cardiac cancer patients was positive.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 病理诊断为胃癌未行手术治疗患者；
② 经病理诊断不是恶性肿瘤的其他占位性病变患者；
③ 术前未行上腹部增强CT检查患者；
④ 胃腔充盈状态不理想的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathologically diagnosed patients with gastric cancer who have not undergone surgical treatment;
2. Patients with other occupying lesions whose pathological diagnosis is not a malignant tumor; 3. Patients who have not undergone upper abdominal enhanced CT before surgery;
4. Patients with unsatisfactory gastric filling.

Index test:	80% of the content in the artificially-labeled CT image database of venous phase was input into the proposed multivariate logistic regression model as a data stream. The multivariate logistic regression model automatically extracted the image omics features based on the input data stream and calculated the group.
