研究目的：

初诊时鉴别出儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia，ALL）复发高风险的亚型：Ph阳性ALL及Ph样ALL，将Ph样ALL加入初诊危险度分型进一步精准危险度分型；在以微小残留病MRD(Minimal Residual Disease)为基础的精准分型基础上，予以风险度相应的靶向药物联合经典治疗的精准治疗，从而减少复发以及治疗的毒副作用，最终提高整体儿童ALL的生存率及生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

At the initial diagnosis, the subtypes with high risk of relapse of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (all) in children were identified: Ph positive all and pH like all. PH like all was added to the risk classification of initial diagnosis for further accurate risk classification; MRD (minimal residual disease) was used for further accurate risk classification On the basis of accurate classification based on disease), targeted drugs with corresponding risk degree and precise treatment of classical treatment are given, so as to reduce recurrence and side effects of treatment, and ultimately improve the survival rate and quality of life of the whole children ALL.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 0-18 years;
2. From 2020 to 2025, children with PH positive and PH like all in our hospital;
3. No treatments were carried out in the previous 1 month or only received less than 3 days of glucocorticoids, one dose of vinblastine, one intrathecal injection or urgent diagnosis and radiotherapy due to mediastinal compression in the week before enrollment; 
4. Were diagnosed as acute lymphoblastic leukemia by MICM classification, confirmed as PH positive ALL and PH like ALL by PCR, second-generation sequencing technology and fish technology;
5. Have signed the informed consent.

The expression levels of BCR-ABL1 fusion gene, pH like all gene and crlf2 gene were detected by multiple fluorescence qualitative PCR and next generation sequencing. In this project, 59 partners of abl1, abl2, csf1r, PDGFRA, Lyn, crfl2, JAK, EPOR and TSLP 10 fusion points can be identified to form the fusion gene (see Table 2).
