通过无线闭环式电子肠鸣音监测系统，总结ICU继发性急性胃肠功能损伤患者肠鸣音特点，并且建立不同疾病状态下的肠鸣音分类数据库，为继发性急性胃肠功能不全患者早期识别、诊断和治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To summarizethe characteristics of bowel sounds in ICU patients with secondary acute gastrointestinal injury through wireless closed-loop electronic bowel sounds monitoring, and to establish a classification database of bowel sounds in different diseases to provide a basis for early identification，diagnosis and treatment of patients with secondary acute gastrointestinal injury.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、在ICU时间＜24ｈ
2、患者本人或代理人不能配合临床试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1. ICU stay less than 24 hours;
2. Patient or agent unable to cooperate the exam.
