研究目的：

1.译制中文版SarQoL问卷并进行信效度分析； 2.肌肉减少症的影响因素研究； 3.无医护人员参与的医疗问卷填写和有医护人员参与的医疗问卷填写结果是否一致。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Translate the Chinese version of SarQoL questionnaire and analyze its reliability and validity; 2. Research on the influencing factors of sarcopenia; 3. Whether the results of the medical questionnaire without medical staff and medical questionnaire with medical staff are consistent.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肥胖患者：BMI（kg/m2）≥30；
2.被截肢或被固定、限制运动的病人；
3.患有活动性恶性肿瘤；
4.患精神疾病、无法合作、理解或无法完成问卷的参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI（kg/m2）>=30;
2. Participants with an amputated limb, or who were immobilized;
3. Participants with active malignancy, or mental illness;
4. Participants who were unable to cooperate, understand and/or complete the questionnaires.
