研究目的：

通过收集直肠癌病人术后手术标本，再制作成为大切片并进行全景扫描，建立直肠癌大切片标本数据库以及基于全景大切片直肠癌影像T分期平台的AI系统，辅助病理科医师更快、更准确地做出病理诊断，明确基于全景大切片直肠癌影像T分期平台的AI系统的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

By collecting specimens of colorectal cancer patients after surgery, and then made into big slice and panoramic scanning, establish large rectal cancer biopsy specimen database, and based on the panoramic colorectal cancer imaging T staging platform of AI system, auxiliary pathologists faster and more accurate pathological diagnosis, clear based on the panoramic slice rectum cancer imaging T staging platform AI system of the clinical application value.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并糖尿病、风湿免疫性疾病、严重的心脑肾等系统性疾病；
2.影像证实存在盆腔器官异形；
3.行盆腔其他手术；
4.已行放化疗或二次手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with diabetes mellitus, rheumatic immune diseases, severe heart, brain, kidney and other systemic diseases; 2. The imaging confirmed the presence of pelvic organ abnormality;
3. other pelvic surgery was performed;
4. Patients who have undergone chemoradiotherapy or secondary surgery.
