白内障术前散瞳前后利用IOL-Master 700测量晶状体密度的差异性以及与白内障术中超声乳化能量参数的相关性，进而指导超声乳化手术术前相关参数的设定。

To investigate the difference of lens density measured by iol-master 700 before and after pupil dilation and its correlation with phacoemulsification energy parameters.

其他类型白内障，如外伤性，先天性，并发性白内障，或伴有全身性疾病而影响视力者。

Exclusion criteria：

The study did not include other types of cataracts, such as traumatic, concurrency and congenital cataract.
