研究目的：

主要研究目的：本课题拟通过前瞻性随机对照研究对比全关节镜下与传统开放 Brostrom-Gould 术式修复外踝韧带的临床疗效； 次要研究目的：（1） 探讨两种不同修补方法术后患者本体感觉以及运动能力的差异；（2） 通过对全关节镜下与传统开放修复外踝韧带患者的远期随访， 比较两种修复术对骨性关节炎的预防作用；（3） 探索两种修补方法对患者关节软骨的保护作用；  

Objectives of Study：

Major objective: Comparing the clinical effects in lateral ankle ligament repair including arthroscopy and Brostrom-Gould surgery by a prospective randomized controlled study. Minor objectivs: (1) Studying the differences of proprioception and exercise ability between the patients of two groups; (2) Comparing the preventive effect to osteoarthritis of the two repair procedures by a long-term follow-up; (3) Exploring the function of the two methods to protect articular cartilage and meniscusi tissue.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 伴有踝关节骨性关节炎、III-IV°严重关节软骨损伤、内侧三角韧带损伤，关节内骨折等疾病；
（2） 术前常规下肢静脉彩超证实存在血管损伤或静脉血栓形成；
（3） 患侧下肢存在神经损伤；
（4） 血常规、心、肺、肝、肾功能明显异常，代偿功能不足，或存在严重的全身系统疾病；
（5） 有神经、精神系统疾患、妊娠、哺乳期妇女或有相关病史者合并严重器质性疾病等不宜手术者；
（6） 不同意修复方法随机分配；
（7） 三个月内曾参加其他临床研究；
（8） 研究者认为应排除在本研究之外的其他任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With ankle osteoarthritis, III-IV degree articular cartilage injury, medial ligament damage, intra-articular fracture and other diseases;
(2) Vascular injury or venous thrombosis was confirmed by preoperative conventional lower limb vein color ultrasound examination;
(3) Nerve injury existed in the side lower limb;
(4) Blood routine, heart, lung, liver, kidney function were obviously abnormal, compensatory function was insufficient, or existence of serious systemic disease;
(5) Patients with neurological, mental system disorders, pregnant or lactating women, or those unsuitable for operation with a revelant disease history and serious organic disease;
(6) Do not agree to the random allocation of surgery methods;
(7) Participated in other clinical studies within three months;
(8) Any situations the researchers believe that the cases should be excluded.

In this study, segmented randomization was adopted. The randomly assigned codes were simulated on the computer by statistical professionals. Given the number of seeds, SAS statistical software was used to generate a table of random Numbers.
