研究目的：

探索RA患者的最佳维持治疗方案和 TNF α 抑制剂的减停药方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the optimal maintenance therapy and the method of dose adjustments and discontinuation in TNF inhibitors treated RA patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 病毒性肝炎患者或既往有药物诱导的肝损伤患者；
2. 同时存在其他风湿性疾病的患者；
3. 存在活动性或潜在感染的患者，或既往有活动性结核病史者；
4. 合并其他严重性疾病需要积极治疗者（如心血管系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、神经系统、血液系统和精神疾病等）；
5. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
6. 恶性肿瘤患者或有肿瘤病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with viral hepatitis or patients with previous drug-induced liver injury;
2. Subjects with rheumatoid autoimmune diseases other than rheumatoid arthritis;
3. Patients with active or potential infection, or previous history of active tuberculosis;
4. With other serious disease requiring active treatment (cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, endocrine diseases, digestive system diseases, nervous system diseases. hematological system diseases, mental illness and so on);
5. Be pregnancy or lactation;6. People with malignant tumors.
