研究目的：

1）探索胃饥饿素对孕期饮食行为相关性； 2）比较GDM组和对照组孕妇的胃饥饿素水平，评价胃饥饿素可否作为GDM的潜在生物标记物； 3）分析GDM孕妇对饮食管理的依从性与胃饥饿素水平的相关性； 4）分析胃饥饿素与孕期增重的相关性，评估孕早期胃饥饿素对孕期增重的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring the relationship between ghrelin and eating behaviors during pregnancy; 2. comparing the levels of ghrelin in pregnant women in the GDM group and the control group to evaluate whether ghrelin can be used as a potential biomarker for GDM; 3. Correlation between compliance and ghrelin level; 4. Analyze the correlation between ghrelin and weight gain during pregnancy, and evaluate the predictive value of ghrelin during early pregnancy on weight gain during pregnancy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）孕早期FPG≥6.1mmol/L；
（2）肝肾功能异常；
（3）患有多囊卵巢综合征等妇科疾病；
（4）孕早期妊娠剧吐或患有溃疡病等消化系统疾病；
（5）怀孕前糖尿病、甲状腺等疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) FPG >=6.1mmol/L in the first trimester;
(2) Abnormal liver and kidney function;
(3) Gynecological diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome;
(4) Hyperemesis or ulcers in the first trimester of pregnancy disease;
(5) With history of diabetes, thyroid and other diseases before pregnancy.
