寻找经颅直流电刺激在军事条件的睡眠剥夺环境，提高觉醒时官兵认知能力、从而提高战斗力的可行方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on performance during Acute sleep Deprivation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

经颅直流电刺激技术是通过几个头皮电极产生微弱电流（如1-2mA）的无创脑刺激技术。主要的原理是通过直流电阈下刺激调节神经元的膜电位，改变皮层的兴奋性和活动性。经颅直流电刺激本身并不能诱导静息态的神经网络活动，而是调节自发的神经活动。经颅电刺激可以改变已兴奋神经元的放电阈值，从而改变它们放电的可能性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a method to noninvasively stimulate the brain. In this procedure, weak and direct current (1–2 mA) is applied through electrodes that are placed on the scalp to induce alterations in cortical activity and excitability. Anodal stimulation produces a net increase in neuron excitability in the area of stimulation while cathodal stimulation causes a net decrease in excitability.

既往有明确的躯体和精神疾病，既往有手术史，当前有急性疾病和躯体不适，如发热、头痛、心慌、气短等

Exclusion criteria：

medical or mental disorders, surgery history, actue diseases and uncomfortable feelings, such as fever, headache,palpitation, and short breath

第一种tDCS方案和假tDCS方案使用SPSS产生1:1随机真假刺激方案，然后利用tDCS仪器的真假刺激随机数字分配刺激方案。其他tDCS方案，使用同样的假tDCS方案，除非方案显著不同。

the random sequence of sham tDCS and the first active tDCS group was generated by SPSS software, and the numbers of the two groups were made equal. TDCs machine gave the random actvie and sham sequence.The explory other groups use the same control，except that the sham tDCS cannot work contol group&#
