研究目的：

探讨宁夏多中心急诊PCI术的ACS患者的随访研究。评估多种冠心病危险因素对主要不良心血管事件（MACE）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the follow-up study of ACS patients with multicenter emergency PCI in Ningxia. assess the impact of multiple coronary heart disease risk factors on major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重肝肾功能衰竭患者；
②病史记录不详缺乏重要临床资料者；
③合并恶性肿瘤、放疗、化疗患者；
④心脏瓣膜疾病及心肌病、心肌炎、先天性心脏病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 patients with severe liver and kidney failure;
2 patients with unknown medical history who lack important clinical data;
3 patients with malignant tumor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
4 patients with heart valve disease and cardiomyopathy, myocarditis and congenital heart disease.
