研究目的：

本研究旨在通过质性访谈探究脑卒中患者照顾者在不同照护阶段的需求特点及内容，根据访谈结果在时机理论的指导下制订延续护理方案；通过开展此方案期望达到提高照顾者照顾能力、减轻照顾负荷、改善患者康复效果、减少术后并发症等目的；为开展脑卒中患者及照顾者更优质的健康管理提供科学的理论与实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics and contents of needs of caregivers of stroke patients at different stages of care through qualitative interviews.Through carrying out this program, it is expected to improve the caregiver's caring ability, reduce the burden of care, improve the patient's rehabilitation effect, and reduce postoperative complications.To provide scientific theoretical and practical reference for better health management of stroke patients and caregivers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者：排除伴有其他危重疾病的患者（如恶性肿瘤、心衰、肾衰、呼吸衰竭等其他危重病症者）；
照顾者：①义工或陪护等付费人员参与照顾（领取报酬的照顾者）；②照顾者自身患者癌症等严重急慢性疾病；③有精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: Patients with other critical diseases (such as malignant tumor, heart failure, kidney failure, respiratory failure and other critical diseases) shall be excluded;
Caregivers:
(1) Paid staff such as volunteers or escorts participate in the care (paid caretakers);
(2) Carers own patients with serious acute and chronic diseases such as cancer;
(3) A history of mental illness.

选取住院治疗的脑卒中患者180名，以其对应的1名照顾者为研究对象，按就诊的先后顺序进行编号排序，再根据随机数字表将照顾者分为对照组与试验组各90例。

A total of 180 stroke patients who were hospitalized were selected, and the corresponding caregiver was taken as the object of the study. The caretakers were numbered according to the sequence of visits. Then, the caretakers were divided into control group and test group.
