1.了解孕妇叶酸、铁和维生素E等3种营养素相关基因位点SNP和营养水平; 2.评估SNP风险与营养素实际水平的关系; 3.分析营养素补充的效果 4.分析营养素水平与临床结局的关系  

Objectives of Study:

1. To understand the folic acid, iron and vitamin E related gene loci SNPS and nutrition levels of pregnant women; 2. To assess the relationship between SNP risk and actual nutrient levels; 3. To analyze the effect of nutrient supplement; 4. To analyze the relationship between nutrient level and clinical outcome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.本次妊娠前三个月至纳入时曾服用严重干扰叶酸、铁、维生素E或脂质吸收、代谢、利用的药物;
2.本次妊娠前三个月至纳入时曾服用含叶酸、铁、维生素E制剂,但不能准确提供品种和剂量信息;
3.重大手术、外伤或重要脏器疾病史;
4.长期用药史;
5.严重精神心理行为异常。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnant women who taken medications that severely interfere with folate, iron, vitamin E or lipid absorption, metabolism, and utilization from three months before pregnant to the time of inclusion;
2. Pregnant women who taken medications of folate, iron, vitamin E ,but couldnt provide accurate information on the species and dose;
3. with history of major surgery, trauma or major organ disease;
4. with long term medication history;
5. with serious mental behavior disorder.

数据采集:研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录,采用Epidata数据库系统双人双机录入,之后对数据库进行两遍比对,期间若发现问题及时通知监查员,要求研究者做出回答。 数据管理:当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后,数据库将被锁定。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。
