研究目的：

本研究采用多中心、前瞻性队列观察性研究设计，通过应用简便、有效的肠道清洁因素调查问卷，多因素分析发现肠道清洁的相关影响因素，根据其OR值赋予影响因素相应简化的系数，从而建立肠道清洁欠佳风险的预估评分模型，并在验证队列进行检验。该模型的建立有利于临床工作中对可能出现肠道清洁不良的人群进行提前干预，提高肠镜前肠道准备的效率，进一步提高结直肠癌早诊率，降低死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

This multi-center, prospective cohort observational study aims to find risk factors of poor bowel cleansing by applying a simple and effective intestinal cleansing factor questionnaire. And the corresponding factors are given a simplified coefficient based on their OR, so as to establish an estimated scoring model of the risk of poor bowel cleansing and test it in the validation cohort. The establishment of this model is conducive to early intervention in clinical work for people who may have poor bowel cleansing, improve the efficiency of bowel preparation before colonoscopy, further increase the early diagnosis rate of colorectal cancer, and reduce mortality.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）合并严重的心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病者；
2）精神病患者和智力、语言障碍者；
3）妊娠或准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4）患者3个月内参加了其他临床试验；
5）过敏体质及对本试验药有过敏者。
6）医生判断不适宜参加该项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with severe primary diseases with heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system;
2) Patients with mental illness and persons with intellectual or language impairments;
3) pregnant or preparing pregnant or lactating women;
4) Patients participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
5) Allergies and those who are allergic to the test drug.
6) The doctor determines that it is not appropriate to participate in the clinical trial.
