研究目的：

1.针对系统性红斑狼疮患者的特点，整合目前电子病历、化验辅助检查、DR、CT、超声及MRI等影像学、护理单、监护仪、治疗费用等高维度全方位信息，建立符合我国临床特点的SLE大数据库； 2.基于此大数据库，采用机器学习的方法建立SLE临床辅助决策支持系统，从数据分析找到的最佳临床实践实现认知决策支持，为患者提供早期诊断、预警、预后预测服务，规范化和个性化诊疗方案

Objectives of Study：

1. According to the characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus patients, integrate the current electronic medical record, laboratory assistant examination, Dr, CT, ultrasound, MRI and other imaging, nursing list, monitor, treatment costs and other high-dimensional comprehensive information, and establish a large SLE database in line with the clinical characteristics of China; 2. Based on this large database, the SLE clinical assistant decision support system is established by using the method of machine learning, which can realize the cognitive decision support from the best clinical practice found in data analysis, provide patients with early diagnosis, early warning, prognosis prediction services, standardize and individualize diagnosis and treatment plans
