研究目的：

基于红外热成像，通过定性及定量分析，探讨高血压以及高血压不同中医证型的红外热图特征，以期形成高血压早筛的红外特征性指标及高血压中医辨证的红外热成像量化指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study via qualitative and quantitative analysis based on ITI data to detect the features of patients with hypertension and different TCM syndrome types, which may play a vital role of featural index of early screening for patients with hypertension and quantitative indexes of ITI of TCM syndrome types of hypertension.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不同原因引起的发热以及五官疾患。
（2）面瘫、面神经麻痹、面部炎症、面部皮肤破损及严重的全身皮肤病或者观察部位大面积瘢痕影响观察者。
（3）严重精神疾病、身体残疾、幽闭恐惧症及理解沟通不良等其他不能配合检查者。
（4）合并严重肝、肾、造血系统、肿瘤、神经系统、免疫系统等严重原发疾病患者。
（5）严重的脊柱侧弯者、各种原因导致臀沟消失者或者不可纠正的站立姿势不良者。
（6）不签署知情同意书者。
（7）其他不适合试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fever and facial disorders caused by different causes;
2. Facial paralysis, facial inflammation, facial skin damage and serious systemic skin disease or large area scar on the face;
3. Severe mental illness, physical disability, claustrophobia, poor understanding and communication and the people who can not cooperate with the examination;
4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, tumor, nervous system, and immune system;
5. People with severe scoliosis or uncorrectable standing posture who have lost their gluteal sulcus due to various reasons;
6. Those who do not sign the informed and consensual files;
7. Other circumstances not suitable for participation in the test.
