研究目的：

1. 探讨围产期母亲抑郁对婴儿神经行为的影响。 2. 探讨近红外结合NBAS对围产期母亲抑郁婴儿神经行为预后的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the influence of perinatal maternal depression on infants' neurological behavior. 2. To investigate the predictive value of NIR combined with NBAS in the neurobehavioral prognosis of perinatal infants with maternal depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）母亲产后有感染性疾病；
（2）新生儿有遗传代谢性疾病；
（3）新生儿影像学检测异常，如：颅内出血，脑白质发育不良等；
（4）怀疑新生儿有器质性疾病或染色体疾病等；
（5）非母亲本人照顾、抚育婴儿；
（6）受试者依从性差（依从性<50%）并在试验过程中自行退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The mother has postpartum infectious diseases;
(2) Newborns have genetic metabolic diseases;
(3) Neonatal imaging abnormalities, such as intracranial hemorrhage, white matter dysplasia, etc.;
(4) The newborn is suspected to have organic diseases or chromosomal diseases;
(5) Take care of and rear the baby without the mother herself;
(6) Poor subject compliance (compliance < 50%) and voluntarily quit during the test.
