研究目的：

本研究拟评价多种血清免疫学指标在假体周围感染患者中的诊断价值

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate diagnostic value of some serum biomarkers to periprosthetic joint infection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）类风湿性关节炎；
（2）强直性脊柱炎；
（3）自身免疫性疾病；
（4）恶性肿瘤等慢性疾病终末期；
（5）尿毒症，需长期血液透析者；
（6）正在使用免疫抑制剂的患者；
（7）因假体周围骨折及脱位行手术治疗的患者；
（8）患者及家属不同意参加本试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. rheumatoid arthritis;
2. Ankylosing Spondylitis;
3. autoimmune disease;
4. terminal stage of chronic diseases such as malignant tumors;
5. need Long-term hemodialysis such as uremia;
6. those who are using immunosuppressants;
7. patients with periprosthetic fracture or joint dislocation;
8. patients and their families do not agree to participate in the trial.
