研究目的：

（1）通过科学的试验数据证明百日咳糖浆可改善百日咳患儿临床症状、缩短痉咳时间，提升百日咳患儿治疗疗效。 （2）明确百日咳糖浆对百日咳患儿肠道菌群数量及种类的调节作用，探讨百日咳糖浆通过调节肠道菌群起到提升疗效的作用机制，为百日咳糖浆治疗百日咳提供更加科学依据。 （3）阐释百日咳糖浆对百日咳患儿肠道菌群的调节作用与中医“肺与大肠相表里”理论的相关性，为基于中医“肺与大肠相表里”理论治疗百日咳提供现代科学的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) It is proved by scientific experimental data that pertussis syrup can improve the clinical symptoms of children with whooping cough, shorten the time of spasm, and improve the therapeutic effect of children with whooping cough. (2) To clarify the regulation effect of pertussis syrup on the number and types of intestinal flora of children with whooping cough, and to explore the mechanism of pertussis syrup to improve the efficacy of the intestinal flora, providing a more scientific basis for pertussis syrup in the treatment of pertussis. (3) Explain the correlation between the regulating effect of pertussis syrup on the intestinal flora of children with whooping cough and the theory of "lung and large intestine phase appearance" of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide a modern scientific basis for treating pertussis based on the "lung and large intestine phase appearance" theory of Chinese medicine evidence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A. 入组前2周内曾应用抗生素及益生菌制剂；
B. 痉挛性咳嗽时间过长，超过1月；
C. 合并其他病原感染，如流感病毒、肠道病毒、支原体、衣原体等；
D. 合并重症肺炎、呼吸衰竭等严重并发症；
E. 合并先天性心脏病等先天疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Antibiotics and probiotics were applied within 2 weeks before enrollment;
2. Spastic cough is too long, more than 1 month;
3. Combining other pathogenic infections, such as influenza virus, enterovirus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc .;
4. Complicated with severe complications such as severe pneumonia and respiratory failure;
5. Congenital diseases such as congenital heart disease.
