研究目的：

探索OWHTO联合半月板移植（使用截骨平面间的楔形纤维骨痂作为移植物）治疗UKOA的可行性。为半月板失效的UKOA患者寻找一种新的半月板移植材料，使其具备如下优点：自体组织，无免疫排斥；移植后各项指标最大限度趋近于正常半月板；可大量获取；取材创伤小，对供区组织功能无影响等。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility of OWHTO combined with meniscus transplantation (using wedge-shaped fibrous epiphysis between osteotomy planes as the graft) for the treatment of UKOA. Find a new meniscus transplantation material for UKOA patients with meniscus failure, which has the following advantages: autologous tissue, no immune rejection; all indicators after transplantation will approach the normal meniscus maximally; can be obtained in large quantities; material trauma Small, has no effect on the organization function of the supply area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

围手术期常规抗凝、消肿、止痛药物治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

traditional perioperative use of anticoagulation, antiedema, pain killer drugs.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者存在下述任何一条均需要被排除：
1，外侧半月板3度损伤；
2，关节镜下外侧间室骨性关节炎；
3，老年患者，无法耐受二次手术。
4、下肢力线正常或者外翻膝。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following need to be excluded:
1. 3 degree injury of lateral meniscus;
2. Arthroscopic lateral compartment osteoarthritis;
3. Elderly patients cannot tolerate secondary surgery.
4, normal lower limb force line or valgus knee.
