研究目的：

通过对养老机构老年人实施弹力带训练和奥塔戈运动干预，比较弹力带训练和奥塔戈运动对老年人下肢肌力、平衡能力和跌倒风险的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of elastic band training and otago exercise on the muscle strength, balance ability and fall risk of the elderly in nursing institutions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有卒中史、精神病史、癫痫史、眩晕史、椎体外系疾病史、帕金森病等；
2）服用镇痛药/阿片制剂、抗惊厥药、利尿剂、催眠药、泻药、镇静剂、精神类药物；
3）合并严重的身体疾患而导致活动受限者，例如合并严重心功能不全、恶性进行性高血压、下肢严重的风湿性关节炎等患者；
4）听力、视力受损，伴有严重言语功能及认知障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of stroke, psychiatric history, history of epilepsy, history of vertigo, history of extracorpoietic diseases, Parkinson's disease, etc.;
2. taking analgesics/opiates, anticonvulsants, diuretics, hypnotics, laxatives, sedatives and psychotropic drugs;
3. patients with severe physical diseases and limited mobility, such as patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, malignant progressive hypertension, and severe rheumatoid arthritis of lower limbs;
4. impaired hearing and vision, accompanied by severe speech function and cognitive impairment.

选择某市两所养老机构的60岁及以上老年人，两所养老机构规模（床位数、员工人数）、服务区域、基础设施相似。采用便利抽样将研究对象分为实验组和干预组。

Elderly people aged 60 and above from two pension institutions in a city were selected. The scale (number of beds, number of employees), service area and infrastructure of the two pension institutions were similar.The study subjects were divided into experimental group and intervention group by convenience sampling
