研究目的:

利用影像学方法分析DPN受损神经的形态学表现,再结合影像学定量参数来评估 DPN 的神经受损情况。利用DWI基础上发展起来的一种功能磁共振成像新技术DTI的各向异性来探测组织微观结构,无创、定量地观察神经元的结构,活体定量分析神经微观结构完整性。  

Objectives of Study:

Imaging methods were used to analyze the morphological features of the damaged nerve of DPN, and then the quantitative parameters of imaging were combined to evaluate the nerve damage of DPN. The anisotropy of DTI, a new functional magnetic resonance imaging technology developed on the basis of DWI, was used to detect the tissue microstructure, observing the structure of neurons noninventively and quantitatively, and quantitatively analyze the integrity of neural microstructure in vivo.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 其他神经病变如格林-巴利综合征或者椎间盘突出引起的下肢神经疼痛;
2. 下肢血管病变。
3. 右膝关节外伤史或手术病史;
4. 神经毒素接触史;
5. MRI检查禁忌症、非人工耳蜗、心脏起搏器及人工支架植入者、无幽闭恐惧症等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Other neuropathies such as guillain-barre syndrome or lower limb nerve pain caused by disc herniation were excluded;
2. lower limb vascular lesions;
3. history of right knee injury or surgical history;
4. history of neurotoxin exposure;
5. MRI contraindications, non-cochlear implant, pacemaker and artificial stent implantation, no claustrophobia, etc..
