Objectives of Study：

To study the impact on hospital length of stay with early supervised exercises before ambulation after total knee arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）翻修或者双膝置换的患者；
（2）肌力障碍患者；
（3）术后ICU的患者；
（4）出院后膝关节未能满足伸膝0°- 5°以及屈膝≥110°

Exclusion criteria：

1. underwent a revision or simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty;
2. suffering from myodynamia diseases;
3. attended into ICU after TKA;
4. unable to achieve 110°active knee flexion and -5 degree to 0 degree extension.
