研究目的：

1.通过筛查早期发现DMD患者并早期干预、提供优生优育指导；同时为国家罕见病数据库提供更多的临床资料，并为形成中国新生儿DMD筛查的专家共识和指南提供高质量的临床研究依据。 2.设计基于CRISPR/Cas9体系的rAAV病毒用于治疗DMD细胞及模型鼠，为DMD的个体化精准治疗提供临床前的研究基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify DMD patients through screening and provide early intervention and guidance of eugenics; at the same time, provide more clinical data for the national database of rare diseases, and provide high-quality clinical research basis for the formation of expert consensus and guidance of Chinese newborn DMD screening. 2. Design rAAV virus based on CRISPR / cas9 system to treat DMD model (cell model and animal model), and provide preclinical research basis for individualized precise treatment of DMD.
