研究目的：

主要目的：观察易筋经对青少年颈椎病主要症状的影响，客观评价易筋经的疗效，提供一套益于青少年脊柱发育的健身方案 次要目的：提炼易筋经脊柱健康思想理论，完善规范易筋经的动作要领。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To observe the effect of Yi-jin-jing on the main symptoms of juvenile cervical spondylotic, objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yi-jin-jing, and provide a set of fitness program beneficial to the development of adolescent spine. Secondary purpose: To refine the theory of Yi-jin-jing spine health and improve the action essentials of Yijinjing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A、近期有急性外伤史及其他系统疾病者；
B、正在接受相关治疗者；
C、既往颈部外伤史、特发性脊柱侧弯、斜颈等骨科疾病、心肺疾病、运动神经元疾病、风湿免疫疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Recent history of acute trauma and other systemic diseases;
B. Those who are receiving relevant treatment;
C. History of neck trauma, idiopathic scoliosis, torticollis and other orthopedic diseases, cardiopulmonary diseases,motor neuron diseases, rheumatic and immune diseases.
