研究目的：

1、设计适合于鼻咽癌放疗患者的音乐体适能活动方案； 2、探讨音乐体适能活动方案对鼻咽癌放疗患者的免疫功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1.To design physical exercise with music scheme for radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma 2.To investigate the effect of physical exercise with music scheme on the immune and quality of life of radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有恶性肿瘤、精神疾病和中枢神经系统疾病的患者；
2.听力障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. the patients with prior malignancy and mental illness and central nervous system disease;
2. Patients with hearing impairment.

干预措施：

干预组进行音乐体适能活动训练。在运动教练的现场带动下，患者每周锻炼3次，每次约1小时。运动项目包括上肢运动、口腔及头颈运动、上肢运动、下肢运动、躯干运动及伸展运动。在干预后3个月和6个月分别测量免疫指标和患者的生活质量 (QLQ-H&N 35)。
