研究目的：

1. 研发基于虚拟现实的抑郁障碍心理治疗系统，探索抑郁障碍心理治疗的新平台。 2. 通过随机、对照临床试验，评价基于虚拟现实的抑郁障碍心理治疗其安全性和有效性及其对抑郁障碍患者大脑功能的影响，为制定相应临床规范和标准提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop a virtual reality-based psychotherapy system for depressiive disorder. 2. To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of virtual reality-based depression treatment and to explore its effect on the brain function of depressive patients through a randomized controlled clinical trial.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 有心肺疾病等严重或不稳定躯体疾病不能耐受治疗者；
(2) 确诊符合其他精神障碍诊断标准，包括精神分裂症、双相障碍等；
(3) 近3个月接受其他形式的心理治疗；
(4) 严重自杀企图；
(5) 研究者认为存在不适合参加该临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious or active physical illness that may interfere with the treatment of the study at present;
(2) Other mental illnesses (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
(3) Received other psychotherapy in the last 3 months;
(4) Obvious suicidal ideation, attempt or behavior (e.g., score of item 3 of HAMD-17 >= 3);
(5) The investigator believes that there are other conditions that are not suitable for participating in the clinical trial.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份，防止损坏。
