研究目的：

旨在寻找一种最优的脓毒症抗感染治疗方案，降低脓毒症的病死率，为脓毒症的精准治疗及抗生素的合理使用提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study is to find an optimal anti-infection treatment for sepsis, which can reduce the mortality of sepsis, and can provide evidence-based medicine basis for accurate treatment of sepsis and rational use of antibiotics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的呼吸、循环、消化、神经或血液系统等严重基础疾病或合并晚期恶性肿瘤等其他严重原发性疾病可能导致患者短期内死亡者；
2. 患者可能会在纳入后72小时内出院或不积极治疗者；
3. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
4. 存在精神心理疾病病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who suffer from serious basic diseases, such as respiratory failure, heart failure, liver failure, advanced malignancy etc, which may cause death of the patient in the near future;
2. Patient will probably be discharged within the first 72 h following inclusion or palliative treatment intent;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients who have history of mental illness.
