研究目的：

（1）建立体外、体内不同力学状态与肌肉硬度的相关性，并绘制“力-硬度”曲线图 （2）确定MyotonPRO测量肌肉硬度是否可用于准确估计肌肉活动水平 （3）进一步分析不同程度的最大自主收缩（maximal voluntary contraction, MVC）水平下MyotonPRO测量肱二头肌硬度的信度  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study were to (1) estimate the associations between the difference tensile force levels and corresponding muscle stiffness in vitro and vivo; (2) determine whether muscle stiffness measured using MyotonPRO can be used to accurately estimate muscle activity level and (3) evaluate the reliability of MyotonPRO in measuring biceps brachii stiffness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往有颈肩臂肌肉损伤史、手术史；
②患有颈椎病或颈痛；
③患有脊柱侧弯或腰背痛；
④患有导致颈肩部肌肉萎缩的神经性疾病；
⑤患有关节不稳者或无法完成全部评估者；
⑥患有高血压、糖尿病等内分泌性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. previous history of neck, shoulder and arm muscle injury, surgery history;
2. suffering from cervical spondylosis or neck pain;
3. suffering from scoliosis or low back pain;
4. suffering from neuropathic diseases leading to atrophy of neck and shoulder muscles;
5. patients with joint instability or unable to complete all assessments;
6. patients with high blood pressure, diabetes and other endocrine diseases.
