研究目的：

1.形成外周静脉留置针堵管影响因素评估表； 2.构建外周静脉留置针堵管风险预警模型； 3.增强临床护理人员对外周静脉留置针堵管风险识别意识，提高患者外周静脉留置针留置期间的舒适度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To form the evaluation table of the influencing factors of the peripheral vein indwelling needle plugging; 2. To build the early-warning model of the risk of blockage of peripheral vein indwelling needle; 3. Enhance the clinical nursing staff's awareness of the risk of blockage of peripheral vein indwelling needle High patient's comfort during peripheral vein indwelling.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）受试期间，因非堵管性拔除外周留置针患者；
（2）孕妇、儿童及凝血功能异常者；
（3）外周静脉留置针堵管风险的危险因素评估表数据填写缺失值大于20%。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) During th test period, patients with peripheral indwelling needle were removed due to non plugging;
(2) Pregnant women, children and patients with abnormal coagulation;
(3) The missing value of the risk factors assessment table for the risk of blockage of peripheral vein indwelling needle was more than 20%.
