Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有任何临床症状或代谢性疾病、碳水化合物不耐受综合征、糖尿病家族史、药物辅助治疗以及长期或实验前一周内服用受试物的参与者被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants with any clinical symptom or metabolic disease, carbohydrate intolerance syndrome, family history of diabetes, medication-assisted treatment, and those taking the test substances for a long time, or within a week before the experiment, were excluded.
