1.卒中后血管性认知障碍发生率及结局 2.卒中后血管性认知障碍发生的危险因素、预测模型及医疗服务现状等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The incidence and outcome of patients with Vascular cognitive impairment after stroke; 2. The risk factors, prediction model and medical service status of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因各种症状（包括语言障碍）无法完成检查者。
2.既往有认知障碍病史。
3.无法配合随访。
4.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to complete the checker because of all sorts of signs (including language barrier);
2. Patients with A history of cognitive impairment;
3. Patients Can't cooperate with the follow-up;
4. Refusing to sign the informed consent form.
