研究目的：

采用病例对照研究方法及自身前后对照研究方法，纳入变应性鼻炎患者与健康人群各30例，分析变应性鼻炎患者与健康人群的鼻腔及肠道菌群的差异性；特征性菌群与变应性鼻炎的相关性；以及标准化中药处方鼻炎1号干预变应性鼻炎后的特征性菌群变化。并将经干预后的变应性鼻炎患者再次与健康人群的鼻腔及肠道菌群做对比。为临床采用标准化中药治疗变应性鼻炎提供新的思路，以及进一步揭示中药防治变应性鼻炎的潜在肠道微生态作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Case-control study and self-control study were used in this pilot study, 30 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis and 30 cases of healthy people were included to analyze the difference of bacteria in nasal cavity and intestinal tract between patients with allergic rhinitis and healthy people;also to study the correlation between characteristic bacteria and allergic rhinitis; and the change of characteristic bacteria after the intervention of rhinitis No.1, a standardized Chinese medicine prescription. The bacterial flora of the nasal cavity and intestinal tract of the patients with allergic rhinitis after intervention was compared with that of the healthy people again. It provides a new idea for the clinical use of standardized Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and further reveals the potential intestinal microecological mechanism of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.五官科疾病及呼吸系统疾病（包括慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）、肺气肿、支气管扩张、结核病、肺炎、支气管哮喘、分泌性中耳炎等）、上呼吸道感染、合并有哮喘发作者；
2.患有体位性低血压、器质性心脏病；心电图发现有临床意义的改变者；
3.患有甲状腺疾病、糖尿病、低血糖、心脑血管疾病、前列腺肥大、青光眼、癫痫病史、肝功能（ALT、AST）、肾功能（BUN、Cr）高于正常值1.5倍、造血功能障碍、胃肠道疾病、恶性肿瘤及其它可能影响疗效正确评估的严重疾病史；
4.患者有精神、神经病病史；
5.试验前患者曾接受以下治疗者：12个月内免疫治疗；3个月内长效糖皮质激素注射剂；6周内阿斯咪唑；2周内全身或局部（吸入或鼻腔喷入）用糖皮质激素；1个月内色甘酸钠或奈多罗米钠；2周内长效抗组胺药；1周内短效抗组胺药物；2周内酮替芬、三环类抗抑郁药、大环内酯类抗生素和抗真菌药；24h内全身或局部鼻腔减充血剂；目前抗组胺活性的药物、抗胆碱能药物及抗心律失常药；目前巴比妥、解痉药、酚妥拉明及洋地黄苷类药物；
6.近三个月内参加其他药物临床试验的患者；
7.入组前出现具有临床意义的异常体格检查结果，根据研究者的判断，这将影响本研究目的的达成或妨碍实现对研究程序的依从性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Five-sensory diseases and respiratory diseases (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, secretory otitis media, etc.) and upper breath Inhalatory tract infection with asthma attack;
2. Postural hypotension, organic heart disease or clinically significant ECG changes;
3. Patients with thyroid disease, diabetes mellitus, hypoglycemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, prostatic hypertrophy, glaucoma, epilepsy history, the value of liver function (ALT, AST) as well as renal function (BUN, Cr) was 1.5 times higher than the normal value, hematopoietic dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, malignant tumors and other serious diseases that may affect the correct evaluation of curative effect;
4. Patients had a history of mental and neurological diseases;
5. Patients who had received the following treatment before the experiment: immunotherapy within 12 months; long-acting glucocorticoid Injection therapy within 3 months; Asmidazole within 6 weeks; Glucocorticoids for systemic or local use within 2 weeks (inhalation or nasal spray); Sodium cromoglycerin or Naidomide within 1 month; Long-acting antihistamines within 2 weeks; Short-acting antihistamines within 1 week; Ketotifen, tricyclic antidepressants, macrolides and antifungal drugs within 2 weeks; Systemic or local nasal decongestants within 24h; using anti-histamine drugs, anticholinergics and antiarrhythmic drugs currently; using barbiturates, antispasmodics, phentolamine and digitalis drugs currently;
6. Patients who are allergic to antihistamine, or patients who are known or suspected to be allergic to research drugs (or similar compounds) or their components;
7. Patients who have participated in other drug clinical trials in the past three months;
8. Abnormal physical examination results with clinical significance before admission, which will affect the achievement of the purpose of this study or hinder the realization of compliance with the research procedures according to the judgement of the researchers.
