研究目的：

本课题将通过对非孕育龄妇女、妊娠期孕妇不同时期的阴道微生态检测细菌PCR基因型测定及16SrRNA高通量测序方法进行细菌种类分型，研究育龄妇女在非孕、妊娠期的阴道微生态平衡改变、菌群变化与阴道炎症的关系，明确妊娠妇女不同时期及阴道炎症时与非孕状态相比的阴道菌群改变，确定妊娠期特有的阴道菌谱，并随访分析该菌群的孕期结局，为临床制定孕期阴道炎症管理规范提供依据，也为进一步分子机制研究提供方向。

Objectives of Study：

This project will analyze the vaginal micro-ecological detection of bacterial PCR genotypes and 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing of non-pregnant women and pregnant women at different periods to perform bacterial species typing. The relationship between changes in ecological balance, changes in flora and vaginal inflammation, clarification of changes in vaginal flora compared to non-pregnant states during different periods of pregnancy and vaginal inflammation, determination of the unique vaginal flora during pregnancy, and follow-up analysis of the flora Outcomes during pregnancy provide a basis for clinical development of norms for management of vaginal inflammation during pregnancy, and also provide directions for further molecular mechanism research.
