研究目的：

本研究通过对已经佩戴角膜塑形镜2年的近视青少年实施停戴角膜塑形镜，观察其眼轴长度的变化，结合血流OCT、角膜地形图等综合分析引起眼轴长度变化的可能影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is to stop the orthokeratology of myopic adolescents who have been wearing the orthokeratology for 2 years and observe the changes in the axial length and its possible factors,combining with a comprehensive analysis of blood flow OCT, corneal topography, etc.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有眼部手术史、外伤史，其他角膜病史、青光眼家族史等。

Exclusion criteria：

History of eye surgery, trauma, other corneal diseases, family history of glaucoma, etc..
