研究目的：

本临床队列研究通过纳入下颌埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔除术后患者，根据其是否预防性使用抗生素纳入实验组及对照组，统计其基本信息、药物使用情况、术后肿胀、疼痛、感染、干槽症、是否发热等指标，在相应时间点进行随访，经过统计学分析，从而得出抗生素使用对下颌埋伏阻生第三磨牙拔牙术后并发症发生率的预防效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical cohort study focus on the basic information, drug usage, swelling, pain, postoperative infection, dry socket, postoperative fever of mandibular impacted third molar extraction cases, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether the prophylactic use of antibiotics, detected the prevention effect of postoperative complications by statistics of the follow-up at corresponding time points in mandibular third molar extraction cases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者拔牙前15天内发生术区冠周炎；
随访期内服用了其他非计划内药物；
术后服用激素患者及止疼药物者；
术后出血需要再次手术止血者；
女性患者随访期内怀孕者；
不能或不愿完成随访者；
吸烟史；
预计使用药物过敏史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Perioperative coronitis occurred within 15 days before tooth extraction;
2. Other unplanned drugs use during the follow-up period;
3. Patients taking hormones and painkillers after surgery;
4. Postoperative bleeding needs another operation;
5. Female patients got pregnant during follow-up period;
6. Unable or unwilling to complete the interview;
7. smoking history;
8. history of allergy.
