研究目的：

1、评估SARC-F 量表在我国老年肌少症患者筛查中的应用效果，判断其是否具有推广价值； 2、通过对老年肌少症患者进行HMB 营养补充剂干预，评价其对于老年肌少症的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the application effect of the SARC-F scale in the screening of senile sarcopenia patients in China and determine whether it has promotion value; 2. To evaluate the effect of intervention on senile sarcopenia by HMB nutritional supplement intervention in senile sarcopenia patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）脊柱、四肢骨关节疾病(如类风湿关节炎)；
（2）慢性心功能不全者；
（3）肿瘤晚期；
（4）依从性差，不能严格遵守医嘱者；
（5）严重肾功能不全，需限制蛋白摄人者；
（6）认知障碍；
（7）严重精神疾病；
（8）植入起搏器。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bone and joint diseases of the spine, limbs (such as rheumatoid arthritis);
2. People with chronic cardiac insufficiency;
3. Late tumors;
4. Poor compliance, unable to strictly follow the doctor's orders;
5. Severe renal insufficiency People who need to limit protein intake;
6. Cognitive disorders;
7. Serious mental illness;
8. Pacemaker implantation.
