研究目的：

探索牙周治疗的新模式，确立应用Er，Cr：YSGG激光对慢性牙周炎患者进行规范化牙周非手术治疗的标准，并评价其临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the new mode of the treatment of periodontitis; To establish the protocol of the use of Er，Cr：YSGG laser in the nonsurgical treatment of chronic periodontitis and to evaluate the clinical effects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

全身系统性疾病未得到控制；吸烟；女性在妊娠期或哺乳期，6个月内进行过牙周治疗，3个月内或治疗期间服用抗生素；偏侧咀嚼；每侧PD≥5mm且CAL≥3mm的患牙不足2颗。

Exclusion criteria：

uncontrolled systematic disease, smoking, pregnant or breast-feeding females, received periodontal treatment in the last 6 months, received antibiotics treatment in the previous 3 months or follow-up time, unilateral mastication, less than 2 teeth with PD≥5mm and CAL≥3mm in each side.
