研究目的：

比较不同手术时机对老年髋部骨折患者并发症发生率、死亡率及临床预后的影响，探索老年髋部骨折的最佳手术时机。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical study aims to compare the effect of different surgical timing on complication rate, mortality and prognosis of elderly patients with hip fracture, and to explore the optimal surgical timing of geriatric hip fractures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 原发性骨质疏松原因以外的病理性骨折；
2. 假体周围骨折；
3. 合并多发创伤；
4. 开放性骨折；
5. 合并肢体神经或血管损伤；
6. 评估后无法耐受手术治疗的患者；
7. 伤后因新发疾病或原有疾病加重等医学情况导致手术延迟的患者；
8. 依从性差，预期无法完成随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fracture other than primary osteoporosis;
2. Periprosthetic fracture;
3. Multiple trauma;
4. Open fracture;
5. Combined with nerve or blood vessel injury of limbs;
6. Patients unable to tolerate surgical treatment after assessment;
7. Patients with delayed surgery due to medical conditions such as new diseases or aggravation of original diseases after injury;
8. Patients with poor compliance and expected inability to complete follow-up.
